Departing from the Canadian side, Niagara City Cruises delivers an unforgettable experience with daytime and evening voyages, including the popular Voyage to the Falls and Falls Fireworks Cruise—combining natural wonder, thrilling proximity, and exceptional guest service.

NYC Ferry provides every day New Yorkers and visiting tourists easy, reliable, and affordable transportation on New York’s vibrant waterways to access the city’s favorite destinations across all five boroughs. As the founding operator of NYC Ferry, Hornblower was selected in 2016 and awarded a 5-year contract to design, build, and operate the current 38-vessel fleet for the City of New York. In 2023, Hornblower was awarded a new 5-year contract, following a comprehensive proposal process, to continue as the system’s operator and implement innovative new features across the system. Since 2017, Hornblower has safely and reliably carried more than 48 million passengers at NYC Ferry, including a record-setting 7.4 million in 2024.

In 2020, Hornblower was awarded a comprehensive 23-yearpublic-private partnership with the Government of Puerto Rico for the transformation and operation of Puerto Rico Ferry. With three routes serving San Juan, Cataño, Ceiba, and the municipal islands of Culebra and Vieques, Hornblower manages, maintains, and operates a fleet of mixed-use vessels for the transportation of passengers, vehicles, and essential cargo. Since the beginning of its 23-year contract, Hornblower has transformed thePuerto Rico Ferry system to implement new passenger features and technologies,customer service enhancements, consistent and efficient ticketing policies,comprehensive preventative maintenance programs, and enhanced operations to build a more reliable and stable system, enabling continued record ridership across thesystem’s routes.

Seaward Services specializes in the operation, maintenance, and repair of government and privately owned High-Speed Craft, Range Craft, Experimental Craft, Training Craft, Research Vessels, and Unmanned Surface Vessels. Seaward also operates and maintains U.S. Navy Ranges and port facilities, including local oil spill response. Seaward offers more than 20 years of experience crewing, operating, repairing, and maintaining aluminum-hulled, high-speed vessels such as the USNS Guam,HSV Alakai, and FSF-1 Sea Fighter.

Hornblower Marine is the premier provider of vessel construction, maintenance and repair, management, and propulsion solutions. Centrally located in Bridgeport, CT, with direct deep-water access to Long Island Sound, the facility boasts a Travelift that can handle vessels up to 700 tons with a maximum beam of 52 and a 90’ x 290’ x 80’ fully enclosed production shed, enabling climate-controlled, simultaneous vessel servicing. As a full-service vessel repair facility, Hornblower Marine excels in providing a wide range of skilled trades, including welding and fabrication, electrical work, pipe fitting, joinery and outfitting, and painting.
